Supplemental grounding harness, specially designed to fit a turbo diesel HMMWV®, which has your grounding lug on the front of the engine instead of the back.
Over time, after decades of sitting, the factory grounds can become damaged or corroded and fail to provide sufficient electrical grounding. Poor electrical grounds are very hard on electrical components, especially the expensive start control boxes. This harness provides a supplemental ground for sensitive components such as your gauge cluster, dash controls, and start box. When installing it we recommend cleaning all grounds on components such as your starter, gauges, firewall, generator, lights, batteries & ground shunt, and engine block.
Made using premium materials; flexible marine-grade tinned copper cables, tinned lugs, and adhesive lined marine heat shrink.
