Controls current draw for rapid heat of coil, resists corrosion and vibration, superior electrical insulation and high thermal conductivity. Protects coil from exhaust gas damage. Precise engineering that allows for easy installation.
• Premium Wellman, dual-element, self-regulating glow plugs. For Military HMMWV®. These plugs heat up twice as fast and get nearly twice as hot as the original plugs. After 20 years, there have been many updates and improvements to this plug design. Wellman made the original 50G plugs for GM during initial production of the 6.5L during the ’80s & ’90s, now they made them better!
• These updated plugs offer a noticeable improvement in cold weather starting.
